About Me.

I'm Kayla, a coach who believes fitness should add to your life, not take it over.I didn’t grow up playing sports or feeling naturally confident in the gym. Fitness was something I had to learn, build, and stay consistent with over time which is exactly why I coach the way I do now. No extremes. No pressure to be perfect. Just a clear, structured approach that works in real life.​I help women lose body fat, build strong glutes, and feel confident in their bodies again  especially women who’ve felt intimidated by fitness, struggled to stay consistent, or are tired of starting over. Whether you’re busy, postpartum, or simply ready to do things differently, my coaching focuses on sustainable habits, smart training, and results you can actually maintain.My goal isn’t just physical change it’s helping you feel capable, disciplined, and confident in what you’re doing, so you stop second-guessing yourself and start trusting the process.

The WYN Method

WYN stands for “win”  and is inspired by my daughter, Wynsor.

The WYN Method is my signature coaching system designed to help women achieve real results through a fun, supportive community and a proven, structured approach. It combines strategic training, disciplined nutrition, and accountability to create fast progress that’s actually sustainable not another cycle of starting over. Every part of the system is built to fit real life while delivering results you can see and feel.​What makes The WYN Method different is the experience. You get intentional programming that builds glutes and reduces body fat, realistic nutrition guidance that supports consistency, and high-energy coaching that keeps things positive, motivating, and enjoyable. It’s structured, effective, and empowering  designed to help you stay confident, consistent, and winning long-term.
