Service Description

This package runs on a 90-day training cycle designed to build consistency, accountability, and measurable progress toward your fitness goals. Training sessions are conducted in a small-group setting, with a minimum of two and a maximum of four clients per session, based on availability. Gym membership is not included. Two makeup sessions per month are allowed and must be completed within the same month, either in person or online. Sessions cannot roll over into the next month. Once you pay, your spot is fully committed to the 90-day cycle. This package is non-refundable.
